    Founded in Cardiff

    Gareth Arnold and Liam Denston start SystemsX in Cardiff, Wales, with one conviction: sampling one or two calls a month isn't quality assurance, it's a blind spot. Work begins on Sense, built to analyse 100% of interactions.

  2. Proving Sense

    In production with major travel brands

    Sense goes live inside real contact centres at Hays Travel and World Travel Holdings, built collaboratively, side by side with the teams using it. The results: 55% of supervisor hours saved per week, 85% improvement in quality call scores, and every agent coached, not just the sampled few.

  3. Growing the ecosystem

    One product becomes four

    Understanding interactions raised the obvious next questions: what do we know about each customer, what should every team answer, and who acts on it? Intelligence, Knowledge and AI Agents join Sense, and SystemsX USA Inc takes the platform international.
